Federation

Nepal Land and Housing Development Federation (NLHDF) was established on 9th Baisakh 2079 BS (22nd April 2022 AD), according to the Organization Registration Act, 2034 (1977 AD) as a strong and powerful umbrella organization. This Federation aims to maintain an institutional value, unity, rights, interest protection and organized efforts amongst real estate associations to familiarize Nepal as a beautiful country and to strengthen the country’s economy through scientific and planned urban development.

Our Mission

To provide opinions and advice as requested by the Government of Nepal and related government agencies on policy and law making related to land and housing development.

The Objectives of the organization are as follows

  • Protect the rights and interests of the persons, firms or companies involved in the Real Estate business of land and housing development and thereby protecting the rights and interests of the consumers.
  • Recognize and strengthen the land and housing development associations in the country and make a solid contribution for strengthening the country’s economy based on national needs and changing circumstances.
  • Protect and promote the rights and interests of realtors involved in land and housing development business within state of Nepal.
  • Provide opinions and advice as requested by the Government of Nepal and related government agencies on policy and law-making process related to land and housing development.
